TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits :
Deposits are required for all reservations. The amount of the deposit is equal to 50% for a one-night booking and 100% of the first night’s accommodation for a booking of two or more nights. Should you wish to pay the deposit by debit or credit card in connection with an on-line or telephone booking, you will be sent a payment authorisation form. In the event that you wish to pay the deposit by cheque, you will be required to pay the total amount of the first night’s accommodation. Reservations will only be guaranteed on receipt of written confirmation from our reservations department. The deposit will be deducted at the end of your stay with us.
Cancellation policy :
In the event that a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no show, a cancellation charge equal to the total amount of the first night’s accommodation will be payable. Cancellations must be notified to us in writing and confirmed in writing by our reservation department.
Cutting short your stay with us :
In the event that you cut short your stay with us and this amendment to your reservation is not notified to us more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date, we will invoice you for the value of one night’s accommodation by way of compensation.
Arrival time :
Reservations are held until 6 p.m. Please inform us in the event that you will be arriving after this time.
Departure :
Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Arrivals :
We will do our best to ensure that your room is ready as quickly as possible. However, as a general rule, rooms will be available from 3 p.m. onwards.
